Parking Arrangements
- For arrival there is
parking by the main house with no steps to the
front door.
- For access to the bedroom
accommodation there is a separate, steep driveway
which leads to four parking spaces. From two of
these parking spaces it is level to the start of
the access path, and from the remaining two there
is a short length of uphill driveway before
reaching the access path.
- Alternative parking is by
the house with a flight of steps with handrail up
to the rooms.
Paths
- All paths are concrete and
well lit at night.
- The access path to the
bedroom accommodation is sloping, 60 cm wide,
gradient about 1:10, length about 35 metres.
- There is a gate at the
start of the path, width 90 cm.
Steps
- There is one step up from
the access path to the verandah, and one low step
over the threshold into the accommodation

Doors
- The entrance door to each
of the suites is a sliding, fully glazed, patio
door, with one step over the threshold, with at
least 80cm of width.

- There are no corridors.
- All surfaces except the
shower rooms are carpeted. The shower rooms are
tiled.

- Access to the bedrooms is
either from outside through the patio door, or
from the sitting room through a 60 cm door.
- For all the suites, access
to all shower/bath rooms is from the bedroom
through a 60 cm door.
- Door handles are aluminium
or chrome.
- There are no vision panels
in any of the internal doors.
Toilets
- These are located in the
bath or shower rooms. None are wheelchair
accessible.

Exits
- Each of the main rooms of
the suites has its own sliding patio door to
outside, including the bedrooms.
